September Professional Development Series (3 of 4)

Join us for our Professional Development series! Whether you're looking for your first job, preparing for an internship, or getting ready for an Excelerator, our Professional Development Series will help you build the confidence and skills to succeed in the workplace. Each series includes four interactive, three-hour sessions designed to prepare young people for employment. You'll learn what employers expect, how to navigate the job search, and how to set yourself up for success in your career. During these sessions, we will cover: • Demystifying the job search process and workplace dynamics/culture • Learning your rights and responsibilities as an employee • Setting goals and making progress toward employment • Building confidence and engaging creativity to advance professional goals Open to young people aged 16-24. Drop-ins welcome! Dinner provided. Signing up for all four sessions is highly recommended for Excelerators applicants.
