Position Summary This position provides journey-level expertise in electrical construction and maintenance within a collaborative team environment. The incumbent is responsible for the maintenance and repair of existing building electrical systems, including the replacement of components such as lighting fixtures, branch circuits, and overcurrent and short-circuit protection devices. Duties also include the installation, maintenance, and repair of a wide range of electronic equipment, encompassing both commercial and specialized systems that may require custom design and unique maintenance procedures. Additionally, the role involves maintaining, repairing, and replacing components of campus exterior lighting systems and associated control devices, including both pole-mounted and building-mounted fixtures.
