MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Experience ' Minimum of ten (10) years of combined experience in Information and Operational Technology ' Minimum of five (5) years of executive or senior management experience leading technology department operations ' Minimum of five (5) years of experience supervising professional or technical staff, including performance evaluations, team development and operational planning ' Demonstrated experience developing and administering departmental operating and capital budgets ' Experience leading technology strategy, enterprise systems, cybersecurity, and transformational initiatives. ' Preferred experience in utilities or similarly complex service delivery organization of similar or greater size. Education ' Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a closely related field required. An equivalent combination of education and progressively responsible executive-level experience may be considered. ' Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA), Information Technology, Information Systems or a closely related field preferred.
