Primarily assigned to one location, with occasional travel between Lane School and the LESD District Office. 40 hours per week, on-site. Position 2: District-Wide Life Skills BCBA Support Life Skills classrooms across multiple districts within Lane County. Travel between school sites in: Eugene 4J Springfield Cottage Grove (South Lane) Provide consultation, evaluations, behavior planning, and classroom support. 40 hours per week, on-site with travel between locations. Essential Responsibilities Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and behavioral evaluations. Develop and implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs). Analyze behavioral data and make evidence-based recommendations. Consult with Special Education teachers, administrators, and support staff. Provide training and coaching on behavior management strategies and best practices. Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and educational planning discussions. Support positive educational outcomes through effective behavioral programming. Maintain accurate documentation and professional records. Qualifications Required Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification through the BACB. Master's degree in: Applied Behavior Analysis Psychology Education Or a related field Compliance with all professional standards of practice. Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements. Must be at least 18 years of age. Preferred Experience providing behavior analytic services in school settings. Minimum of one (1) year of pediatric experience. Experience supporting students in Special Education, Life Skills, Autism, or Intensive Services programs. Additional Requirements Current CPR certification (if applicable). TB questionnaire, PPD, or chest x-ray (if applicable). Current health certificate as required by state regulations or contract requirements.
