In this role, you will be responsible for assembling finished products from pre-fabricated or pre-painted components, ensuring all parts meet specifications and quality standards before packaging or shipment. This role plays a key part in delivering ready-to-use products to customers. Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities Assemble components into finished products using hand tools, power tools, and fixtures Read and follow blueprints, assembly instructions, and work orders Inspect assembled products for accuracy, alignment, and defects Perform functional tests to ensure products operate as intended Apply hardware, decals, or finishing elements to complete product requirements Document completed work and report discrepancies or issues Maintain clean and organized workstations according to 5S principles Meet daily production targets while ensuring consistent quality and safety Collaborate with quality, engineering, or production teams to resolve issues Follow all safety guidelines and wear appropriate PPE Assist in rework or troubleshooting of rejected parts or assemblies Crosstrain in upstream or downstream tasks (e.g., sub-assembly, packaging) Suggest improvements to assembly processes or tooling Support cycle counting and inventory accuracy for assembly materials Performs other duties as assigned Job Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent At least 1 year of experience working in a manufacturing environment Follow all FDA, ISO, OSHA regulations, and internal company policies Uphold Pivotal Health's standards of quality, safety, and workplace conduct Benefits Pivotal Health Solutions offers a complete benefits package including 401K, paid time off, paid holidays and healthcare benefits.
