Position Summary Are you ready to take on a challenging and rewarding role as the Executive Assistant (EA) for the Dean of the School of Journalism and Communication (SOJC)? As the EA, you will be the driving force behind the efficient functioning of the SOJC Dean's Office, providing high-level administrative and operational support. You will be the go-to person for faculty, staff, students, and visitors at the SOJC, ensuring that all executive-level work is meticulously organized, coordinated, and completed accurately and on time. In this role, you will be responsible for orchestrating a wide range of administrative activities within the SOJC, from managing the calendar of events to handling correspondence, meetings, expense reports, internal and external relations, development activities/events, and providing confidential executive support to the Dean.
