Use hand tools to complete assigned tasks related to material handling, assembly, packing, and packaging. Perform general labor duties such as picking, packing, and staging materials as needed. Maintain a consistent work pace to meet production and material handling targets. Stand for the entire shift while performing repetitive tasks safely and accurately. Lift and move items weighing up to 25 pounds on a regular basis. Follow all safety procedures when working around equipment, ladders, and stairs. Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards. Arrive on time and maintain reliable attendance to support continuous operations. Essential Skills Proven ability to perform general labor tasks in a production, warehouse, or material handling environment. Strong attention to detail when handling, sorting, and moving materials. Ability to use hand tools safely and effectively for material handling and related tasks. Capability to stand for the entire shift while performing repetitive work.
