The Lundquist College of Business Mohr Career Services, Office of Industry and Alumni Engagement team serves approximately 5,000 students on the Eugene campus. Position Summary Assistant Director of Industry Engagement is a member of the Mohr Career Services, Office of Industry and Alumni Engagement team at the Lundquist College of Business. Reporting to the Associate Director of Industry Engagement, the role focuses on real estate and other industries, serving undergraduate and graduate students. The Assistant Director assists in employer engagement strategy development and execution by building and expanding recruiting relationships to significantly grow the College's industry presence. This person builds strong connections with employers, alumni, students, faculty, staff, and donors to drive student success in professional experiences and career outcomes. This is primarily an outreach and execution role: identifying and pursuing new opportunities through targeted employer and alumni engagement across a wide variety of programs and on/off-campus offerings. The role concentrates on key West Coast markets (Portland, Seattle, Bay Area, and Southern California), though opportunities are not limited to these regions.
