Location Description The Eugene, Oregon plant produces both organic and non-organic granola, with annual production of up to 52 million pounds. Responsibilities Wage: $20+/hour depending on experience Shift: 1:45p-10:30p 2nd shift differential is $1.00/hour Our Post Consumer Brands Warehouse Leads play a valuable role in directing shift operations of our Warehouse teams. While overseeing the movement of raw materials and finished goods within and between facility locations and customer trucks; Leads are accountable for ensuring team training and that established policies, procedures, and standards in the areas of people safety, food safety, allergen control, FIFO, cycle counting, and GMPs are followed. The Warehouse Lead is highly focused on individual development, growth, and collaboration. Duties and Responsibilities: Ensures people safety is a top priority by setting the example and holding team members accountable to a safety first culture. Establishes a positive and collaborative team culture that works closely with cross department partners. Pre-shift planning, staffing, and communication of the day to day tasks and initiatives. Performs daily shift audits of Inventory movements, Allergen Controls, and GMP compliances.
