Salary Range: $22.00 - $23.32 Per Hour Salary Note: Bilingual candidates are eligible for an additional $1.50 Bilingual Differential. This Bilingual Differential is not included in the salary range above. Position Summary: This position will support the coordination of a micro safe sleep site utilized by HIVA clients. The Coordinator will provide support and assistance to clients experiencing homelessness who reside at the site. This position will serve as the primary staff presence at the site and coordinate with other HIVA staff to maintain operations, address concerns and coordinate services. This position will spend most of the work week at the site, working from a variety of non-traditional settings. Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Provide staff presence at the site. Assist clients, and ensure adherence to the code of conduct, community agreements, and all rules and policies. Assist with enforcement of the code of conduct, rules, and policies Respond to residents' concerns and questions Respond to facilities issues & #9675; Respond to and process incident reports Intervene in and mediate interpersonal conflict Work a regular schedule, on site, of Wednesday through Sunday. Occasionally other hours may be necessary, with as much advance notice as possible. Organize, assign and supervise completion of site chore responsibilities Maintain inventory of basic supplies, purchase or pick up donated supplies Maintain and route communication to staff and manager referring clients to the site Complete required administrative tasks as assigned including: Client level data Site level data Incident reports Resident notices Communicate with residents clearly and respectfully Conduct regular unit inspections Compete minor and routine site and unit maintenance and repair Respond to emergencies Ensure regular and timely communication with other HIVA staff Work with manager to seek out opportunities for partnership and networking with organizations Coordinate and supervise on site volunteers Support and champion the development and implementation of equity goals Solicit client feedback on a regular basis and use that feedback in ongoing program development and evaluation Attend equity focused and culturally responsive training Ensure that policies and procedures and consistently applied Ability to work well with others, handle stress appropriately, have reliable attendance Ability to use personal cell phone to run agency phone system software, MFA, etc. Other tasks as assigned, including training/cross-training other staff as needed Required Qualifications: TB test (provided at agency) Valid Oregon driver's license, or valid out of state driver's license with the ability to get an Oregon driver's license within 30 days of establishing residency in Oregon, and a driving record sufficient to be covered by agency auto insurance policy Three years of experience working independently with similar populations Experience working in the field, outside traditional settings For a complete job description, please visit: https://hivalliance.sagehcm.com/jobs/51/1/#750
