The Team: -Works with government partners and community groups to develop and implement short and long-range projects and programs related to stormwater, groundwater and wastewater. -Oversees compliance with federal and state stormwater and groundwater quality regulations in assigned areas. -Provides highly technical and administrative assistance related to stormwater and groundwater policy development and program management. -Oversees large, complex water resources engineering projects including master plan development and the development and adoption of new local water quality regulations, and pollutant loads and best management practice effectiveness modeling. -Provides technical and project management support for the Engineering Division. -Represents Public Works and the city in internal and external collaborative efforts on water resources issues.
