In this role, you will be responsible for producing finished products through various types of assembly and manufacturing. Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities - Operate hand tools, power tools, and CNC equipment to manufacture wood lockers, athletic training equipment, etc. - Assemble wood components into finished products on time and within PHS quality standards - Utilize work instructions to follow established assembly procedures - Maintain clean and organized work area to facilitate manufacturing functions - Document actions by completing production and quality forms - Utilize Kanban system to restock depleted parts and materials - Build defect-free products that meet Quality Standards - Build products within time standards - Adhere to safety standards and requirements - Performs other duties as assigned Job Qualifications - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous woodshop/wood fabrication experience strongly preferred - Interpret blueprints and drawings - CNC machine experience - High level of mechanical aptitude - Good communication skills - Basic computer knowledge - Detail oriented, dependable, and work well in a team environment. - Bend, stoop, reach high and low, work at a constant pace, and lift and carry up to 75 pounds. - Valid Driver's License Benefits - Pivotal Health Solutions offers a complete benefits package including 401K, paid time off, paid holidays and healthcare benefits.
