In this role, you will provide psychiatric assessments, medication management, consultation and follow-up care for adults receiving services through our general outpatient and/or forensic behavioral health programs. You will work alongside a multidisciplinary team committed to providing coordinated, person-centered care to individuals who may experience significant barriers to accessing treatment. Schedule: Monday - Friday; 8:00am - 5:00pm *This is an AFSCME Nurses represented position* QUALIFICATIONS Training: - Master's degree in nursing from an accredited college or university, and completion of a Nurse Practitioner program specific to the expanded specialty of Psychiatric/Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP). - An equivalent combination of experience and training that will demonstrate the required knowledge and abilities is qualifying.
