THIS POSITION IS DAY SHIFT. IT STARTS AT $25.00 PER HOUR WITH POTENTIAL TO START HIGHER WITH EXPERIENCE Responsibilities: Balance paper machine rolls to required specifications by manufacturing and installing precise weights determined by the balancing machine readout. Look for improvements in process. Maintain a clean and organized workspace. Requirements: Demonstrate basic computer knowledge to operate the balancing machine and fill out final reports. Demonstrate mathematical ability required figure out the proper location and amount of weight to complete the balancing process. Proficient at reading blueprints. Education and Experience: High School diploma or GED preferred. Vocational School graduate in machine shop practices, or equivalent is a plus. Physical demands: Prolonged periods standing and performing repetitive tasks. To lift up to 70pounds at a time. Have manual dexterity in order to operate machines as directed. Have excellent hand-eye coordination.
