What You'll Do Every shift is an opportunity to make a patient's experience safer, more comfortable, and more healing. You will: Provide direct patient care under the guidance of a Registered Nurse. Build supportive relationships with patients and families throughout their stay. Take and document vital signs and report changes in condition promptly. Assist with mobility, ambulation, transfers, and safe patient handling. Help patients with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, eating, and hydration. Support comfort, dignity, and independence whenever possible. Perform basic clinical tasks within CNA scope, including treatments directed by nursing staff. Monitor and communicate patient concerns, symptoms, and needs. Maintain accurate patient documentation. Keep patient rooms stocked and organized so care can happen without delay. Answer call lights and respond quickly to patient needs. Provide clerical and unit support as needed, including phones, order processing, and chart-related tasks.
