Responsibilities Position Summary: The Maintenance Technician roles are accountable for successful, timely, and accurate repair and maintenance of production and packaging equipment. Our Maintenance Technicians regularly inspect equipment, structures, and material for wear and tear, and are accountable for completing work orders and ad hoc repairs assigned to them. The Maintenance team will safely and effectively use hand tools and power tools to perform these repair and preventative maintenance tasks in a food safe and efficient manner. Duties and Responsibilities: Work with hand tools, power tools, shop equipment and mobile lifts to perform daily maintenance tasks and troubleshooting of packaging, production and utilities equipment including: extruders, dryers, high speed packaging including cartoners, baggers, case-packers, palletizers, low pressure boilers, thermal fluid process heaters, material handling systems, water chillers, compressed air systems, and HVAC systems Partner with operations and maintenance teams to solve repetitive problems, complete preventative maintenance and predictive maintenance responsibilities in a safe, effective, and compliant manner Partner with operations to learn operating systems, while providing training on mechanical components Utilize CMMS system for work orders, PM's and parts locati...
