Responsibilities 1st shift - Wednesday to Sunday Wage: $20+/hour depending on experience Position Summary: Our Post Consumer Brands-Eugene Lead Sanitation Tech is responsible for maintaining food safety through the cleaning of company equipment used in food production, packaging, and warehouse/shipping areas within the guidelines of Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs) as well as Food Industry Best Practices for people and food safety. Employees will work as part of a team assigned to clean designated production equipment and facilities. The Lead Technician will assign activities to the Sanitation Technicians and ensure the assignments are safely and satisfactorily completed. Duties and Responsibilities: Enforce proper safe chemical handling by all employees on the shift. Ensure all raw materials storage, food blending, ovens and packaging machinery, warehouse and perimeter areas are cleaned to a Master Sanitation Schedule and company regulations. Clean assigned equipment per the sanitation standard operating procedures. This requires the disassembly and reassembly of equipment to ensure that all food residue has been removed.
