Job Description Creates on brand design solutions for routine to moderately complex marketing, communications, sales or client deliverable materials, proofing graphics, advertisements, emails and/or web landing pages, web and social media content and/or print and digital materials. Updates existing materials or creates templated products - with an eye for improving each piece to meet specific client needs. Works with others to produce and distribute final products (print, post, animate, ship, etc.). This can include interactions with vendors or clients, such as photographers, printers and technology suppliers, to ensure price/budget, quality, schedule and delivery of the above materials. Contributes to the project planning process, handles specific tasks within a plan. Provides peer reviews of designs for other designers/creative staff. Shares technical and design knowledge with peers. Maintains computer software and systems upgrades. Archives project files in a timely manner. Performs other duties as required. Skills & Abilities Intermediate knowledge of graphic design and typography principles and the ability to apply them to solve marketing and business challenges. Intermediate knowledge of current graphic design (and related) software applications. Intermediate ability to collaborate with other creative team members. Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree. 2 years of related experience. Domestic and/or international travel may be required. The frequency of travel is contingent on specific duties, responsibilities, and the essential functions of the position, which may vary depending on workload and project demands. Equivalent additional directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree. Preferred Qualifications Experience using AutoCad and Abdobe Illustrator preferred.
