Bachelor's Degree in Sociology, Psychology, Social Work, Criminal Justice or related field preferred. At least two (2) years of customer service or case management experience required; experience in fields related to law, social work, detention, corrections or working with multi-cultural clients preferred. Bilingual Spanish required. Valid driver's license required and the ability to safely operate a motor vehicle in order to perform home visits. United States citizenship required.
