No Fear for the Future: Student Voices, Student Visions

Hosted / listed by University of Oregon CalendarVerified listing

About this event

Celebrate UO’s 150th anniversary with an exhibit at UO Libraries! “No Fear for the Future”: Student Voices, Student Visions highlights 150 years of student activism, creativity, leadership and community-building through periodicals, protest, organizing, fundraising and more. Taking its title from a 1909 Oregon Emerald editorial expressing optimism about the future, the exhibit invites current students to reflect on their own experiences and connections to generations of students who came before them. Installed on both the ground floor of the Knight Library (east and west hallways) and the Paulson Reading Room (second floor, Special Collections and University Archives), “No Fear for the Future” will be on display until June 2027.
