PeaceHealth is seeking a compassionate Family Medicine physician to join a mission-driven practice serving the underserved community of Florence, Oregon. Located along the scenic central Oregon Coast, this opportunity offers the chance to build meaningful relationships with patients while practicing broad-spectrum primary care in a highly supportive environment. Physicians enjoy a collaborative care team and the option to participate in low-intensity newborn call for additional compensation. Position Details: Full-time position 4, 10-hour shifts schedule Very light call, 1 day per month 22 patients per day Compensation & Benefits: First Year Salary Guarantee: $323,065.60 based on a 1.0 FTE; opportunity to increase compensation by taking low intensity newborn call Competitive production-based pay system $30k employment bonus Relocation assistance Education loan reimbursement for qualified candidates, $20k per year for 5 years Full malpractice coverage Health/Dental/Vision/Retirement Qualifications & Requirements: M.D. or D.O. or foreign equivalent degree Successful completion of an ACGME or AOA-accredited U.S. Family Medicine Residency or RCPSC-accredited Canadian Family Medicine Residency Unrestricted license to practice medicine in Oregon (or ability to obtain unrestricted license to practice medicine in Oregon prior to hire) Certification in BLS, ACLS or PALS required as a condition of employment within 30 days of hire Where You'll Work PeaceHealth Peace Harbor Medical Center is a trusted critical access hospital and Level III trauma center serving Oregon's coast.
