What You'll Do Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs on Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, and Fiat vehicles. Maintain high service standards to meet Mopar certification and performance benchmarks. Troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues, ensuring customer satisfaction. Conduct routine maintenance services and comprehensive vehicle inspections. Stay current with manufacturer updates, technical bulletins, and service protocols. Communicate directly with service advisors and customers, providing clear repair estimates and status updates. Maintain an organized, safe, and clean workspace What You'll Bring Mopar Certified Master Technician or equivalent industry certifications. 5+ years of experience in automotive diagnostics and repair, specifically on Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, and Fiat vehicles.
