Source linkResponsibilities of the General Laborer/Pipe Layer Include: - Assembling, connecting, and constructing pipe systems for storm sewer, sanitary sewer, and water mains - Setting and maintaining grade - Laying pipe in various ground conditions and depths - Assembling valves - Installing structures for storm, water, sanitary sewer, and dry utilities Qualifications: - At least 1 year experience - To be at least 18 years of age or older - Must pass a pre-employment drug screening - To pass DMV Record check - Class C Driver's license (preferred) - Experience with trench boxes and shoring systems preferred - Experience setting up and operating pipe lasers preferred - Experience installing sanitary sewer, water mains, and storm lines preferred Hours: 7:00 am - 3:30 pm Pay: $30.00 per hour
