Schedule: We ask that you have open availability to support dealership operations and customer demand. To be successful in this role, you will be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as these are peak business periods and important opportunities for maximizing earnings. What You'll Do Perform inspections, diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on a variety of used vehicle makes and models. Complete reconditioning work to ensure vehicles meet dealership and manufacturer quality standards. Diagnose mechanical, electrical, suspension, steering, brake, and drivability concerns. Conduct multi-point inspections and identify additional repair opportunities. Perform routine maintenance services, including oil changes, fluid services, tire rotations, and brake work. Document repair orders and recommended repairs. Maintain productivity and quality standards. Collaborate with parts and service teams to complete reconditioning work and reduce vehicle downtime. Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with dealership policies. What You'll Bring 2+ years of previous automotive technician experience is required. Experience performing used vehicle inspections and reconditioning. Ability to diagnose and repair a wide variety of vehicle makes and models. Experience with automotive systems and repair procedures. ASE certifications are ideal but not required. Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record.
