About the Position We are looking for a Licensed Medical Professional (LMP) to join our Outpatient Services Program in Medford, Oregon; or to work remotely from within Oregon. The LMP will provide high quality, compassionate and ethical outpatient mental health therapy to culturally diverse individuals as scheduled, with primary responsibility for medication evaluation/management. They will also promote trauma informed, strengths-based, client-centered approach to assist clients in achieving their individual goals. The LMP will work cooperatively with Outpatient Services providers and personnel to carry out clinically indicated outpatient therapy services, which helps maintain continuity of care for members within our community. Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, Full Time (40 hours per week) What You'll Make Starting at $11,250+ per month DOE/Credentials Additional 5% Language differential offered for Bilingual or Multilingual candidates. Our skilled team of staff provides comprehensive services to meet the needs of Jackson Care Connect and AllCare members as they pursue a healthier and happier future. For the convenience of our clients, we offer regular outpatient clinic hours in two locations, and both our Central Clinic and Downtown Clinic offer same-day, walk-in intakes to establish care.
