Springfield Toyota, Springfield, OR 97477 Full time R114912 Dealership:L0065 Lithia Toyota of Springfield Springfield ToyotaService Technician Pay: $20-$35 flat rate with potential for production bonuses. Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday Department Hours: 7 am to 6 pm Monday-Friday, 8 am to 5 pm on Saturday and closed on Sunday. This position is onsite in Springfield OR and reports to the Service Manager. Advancement opportunities are based on demonstrated skills, initiative, and results. What You'll Do Perform vehicle inspections, diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs. Diagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns. Complete manufacturer-recommended services and maintenance procedures. Utilize diagnostic equipment, service information systems, and repair manuals. Communicate repair recommendations with Service Advisors. Maintain productivity, quality, and safety standards Perform warranty repairs according to manufacturer guidelines. Stay current on Toyota technology, repair procedures, and industry advancements. Contribute to a positive team environment focused on exceptional customer service. What You'll Bring 2+ years of experience as an Automotive Technician required We prefer Toyota experience, but do not require it. ASE certifications are a plus Strong diagnostic and repair skills in all areas Desire to produce and be part of a high-output team Commitment to safety, quality repairs, and customer satisfaction Adept to handle high-volume and adapt to our needs. Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
