Service Department Hours: 7:30 am to 6 pm Monday-Friday, Saturday 8 am to 4 pm and closed Sunday. This position is onsite in Eugene OR and reports to the Service Manager. Stable workload with plenty of hours to flag What You'll Do Thoroughly clean, wash, wax, polish, and detail interior and exterior vehicle surfaces Recondition new and pre-owned vehicles for display and customer delivery Shampoo carpets, clean upholstery, condition interior materials, and remove stains and odors Perform paint decontamination, buffing, polishing, and paint touch-up Inspect vehicles to ensure they meet dealership quality standards before delivery Maintain inventory appearance on the sales lot Operate detailing equipment safely and efficiently Help with lot organization and vehicle movement Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment What You'll Bring We prefer 1+ year of professional automotive detailing experience. Adept to handle high-volume and adapt to our needs Desire to produce and be part of a high-output team Comfort in operating several cars, light trucks, and vans, with an ability to drive both manual and automatic transmissions Working knowledge of computers and technology. Comfortability in navigating computer and dealership technologies.
