Bodhi Café targets Monday opening in downtown Eugene
The Corvallis bakery's new storefront is planned for the former Bagel Sphere space.
Bodhi Café & Bakery plans a soft opening at 9 a.m. Monday, October 19, at 810 Willamette Street in Eugene. The Corvallis-based business is moving into the downtown space formerly occupied by Bagel Sphere.
The proposed menu includes coffee, breakfast, pastries and sourdough sandwiches. Lookout Eugene-Springfield reports that the location plans weekday hours of 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. and weekend hours of 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Opening plans can change, so visitors should confirm the café is operating before traveling.
