Join members of the board and staff of the Community Center for the Performing Arts on a zoom call as we undertake a formal review of a newly proposed Fiscal Policy. This policy formalizes a set of rules that governs how the CCPA’s financial resources are managed, spent, invested, and reported, and how financial decisions should be made. This policy is being presented in a public meeting in keeping with the CCPA’s commitment that budgetary decisions shall include a public process. This ensures CCPA members and others can become familiar with the financial management of the organization and provide input on such topics to the Board.
