I know what you're thinking, a neurodivergent social event? That's intimidating as hell! We agree. That's why we came prepared! Come join us at the Eugene Friends Church to socialize and find other neurodivergent folks to pal around with! We'll have games (table and video) and food and social 'friend prompts' to grease the wheels because interacting can be awkward and complicated. We'll provide fidget items, ear plugs, and a quiet space to escape to. Brought to you by Eugene Neurodivergent Support (ENDS), we're celebrating our 2nd anniversary by throwing a neurodivergent social with the sentiment of encouraging and building community. We believe that with the many things happening in the world, so many of our social structures are proving very fragile. ENDS isn't just a support group, it's a way to stick together as things become more unstable. We want to grow and expand by empowering other neurodivergent folks to create their own avenues towards community building and mutual aid with ENDS as a fertile foundation. So come make some new friends! You know you could probably socialize more, lol, and we all want to meet you! November 14th from 6pm to 9pm at the Eugene Friends Church, 3495 W 18th Ave in Eugene.
