Join the Persian Student Association for our annual Yalda Night celebration! Shab-e Yalda is an ancient Persian tradition celebrating the longest night of the year and the triumph of light over darkness. Traditionally, families and friends gather to share food, poetry, music, and stories. We invite the UO community to experience this beautiful cultural tradition through Persian food, traditional sweets, pomegranates, music, and community activities. This event is open to everyone, regardless of cultural background! This event is part of International Education Month (IEM) programming.
