For someone who needs a shower, clean clothes, or hygiene supplies.

What to do first

  1. Adults experiencing homelessness: Eugene Service Station, 450 Hwy 99 N, 541-461-8688. Published shower/laundry windows are daily 8:30 AM–noon and 2–5 PM. Ask at intake about queues, last sign-up, load limits, towels, detergent, and any fee or document requirements.
  2. Homeless youth ages 16–24: Looking Glass New Roads, 941 W 7th Ave, 541-686-4310; or Hosea, 834 Monroe St. Hosea publishes Monday–Thursday 11 AM–6:30 PM, Friday 11 AM–3 PM. Ask about the shower/laundry window within center hours.
  3. Families experiencing homelessness with children under 18 can ask First Place, 4060 W Amazon Dr, 541-342-7728, for showers and free laundry. Its pages list different daily openings (8 or 9 AM), both closing at 5 PM; confirm before travel. In Veneta, unhoused people can use the Mid Lane Cares shower/laundry program Wednesday 9–11 AM; see the countywide hygiene sheet for pickup details.
  4. For hygiene kits, diapers, or menstrual supplies, contact CCS at 541-345-3628: 1464 W 6th Ave, Eugene, or 1025 G St, Springfield. Supplies depend on stock. Office hours are weekdays 8 AM–4 PM, Thursday starts at 9 AM.
  5. Bring the clothing you want washed and a change of clothes if you have them. Do not buy supplies before checking what the site provides. Pool admission does not establish shower-only access or a free voucher.
