Lane Independent Living Alliance offers independent-living skills, peer counseling, advocacy, information/referral and transition support for people with disabilities.

  1. Identify the support you needLILA offers training in transportation use, budgeting, adaptive equipment, decision-making, job skills and daily-living tasks.
  2. Contact LILACall 541-607-7020 or email lila@lilaoregon.org for further information. LILA lists open hours as Tuesday–Thursday, 10 a.m.–2 p.m.

    Appeal a Trillium denial and ask for a state hearing

    1. Find your denial letterYou have to get a denial letter before you can ask for an appeal.
    2. Ask Trillium for an appeal within 60 daysCall, or send the Request to Review a Health Care Decision form. The 60 days count from the date on the denial letter.
    3. Mail a written request if you preferYou can mail the form or a written request to Trillium's appeals address in Eugene. Follow the instructions on your notice.
