File Lane Transit self-employment tax

If you net more than $400 from self-employment in or delivered to the Lane Transit District, you owe a transit self-employment tax.

Steps

4 steps
  1. Check if you owe the taxThe $400 is net earnings per person. LTD boundary information is at ltd.org/business-center.
  2. Find your net earningsNet earnings are on federal Schedule SE, line 3.
  3. Add Schedule OR-TSE-AP if neededUse it if you work both inside and outside the district. It splits your earnings.
  4. File by the due dateFor most people this is April 15. An extension gives more time to file, not more time to pay.
