Get an Oregon alcohol service permit

Apply and pay online in OLCC's CAMP portal, take an alcohol server class, and pass the OLCC test. You must be at least 18.

Steps

5 steps
  1. Create a CAMP accountApplications are online only, in OLCC's CAMP portal. Paper applications are no longer accepted.
  2. Apply and pay in CAMPChoose the Alcohol Service Permit, fill out the application and pay the permit fee.
  3. Take an alcohol server education classClasses are not in CAMP. Use an in-person or online approved class provider listed on the OLCC page.
  4. Finish the OLCC test in CAMPAfter the class, OLCC emails you to return to CAMP and take the final test.
  5. Answer OLCC requests within 14 daysWatch your email. OLCC may ask for more information before approving the permit.
