  2. Build your iMatchSkills profileiMatchSkills is the state's online job matching system. You can build and save a resume, search jobs and get alerts.
  3. Ask for a career coachStaff can pair you with a one-on-one coach, explain free training, and point you to workshops on resumes and interviewing.
If you get unemployment benefits, you must fill out a Job Seeker profile in iMatchSkills.
