Renew OHP or respond to a renewal information request

OHP sends a renewal letter explaining what you need to do to renew coverage.

Steps

4 steps
  1. Review your renewal letterReview the Household Medical Case Summary and report changes. If the letter requests documents or an interview, follow its directions.
  2. Return a requested renewal packetComplete, sign and return the packet even if there are no changes; use its No, I did not check off any boxes option when appropriate.
  3. Send information or schedule an interviewUpload requested documents in ONE Online or Oregon ONE Mobile, or use the phone, local office, fax or mail options on the page. If an interview is required, schedule it right away through ONE Customer Service or a local ODHS office.
  4. Respond if coverage endsIf OHP requested a response and benefits ended, you still have 90 days to respond and renew; after that you need to apply again.
