About This Service
Kids FIRST is Lane County's Children's Advocacy Center (CAC). When criminal child abuse is reported, Kids FIRST provides forensic interviews, medical exams, and advocacy for child victims. They serve 600-700 children annually for concerns of sexual abuse, physical abuse, and witness to domestic violence or other crimes. Services: Forensic interviews, Medical exams for child abuse, Advocacy for child victims, Multi-disciplinary team coordination, Court preparation
