About This Service

Oregon Health Plan Health-Related Social Needs (HRSN) housing benefits can include up to six months of rent or utility help, storage fees, tenancy support, and qualifying home changes. These benefits are not intended for imminent eviction emergencies. Storage help requires qualifying for and receiving HRSN rent assistance. Storage arrears and late fees may be covered within a combined six months of storage support; forward storage support cannot last longer than forward rent support. Storage setup/deposits, moving belongings and RV storage are excluded. Storage-only requests without HRSN rent support are ineligible. This is not emergency auction-prevention funding.
