The Overnight Parking Program provides sanctioned 24/7 parking at approximately 40 dispersed locations throughout Eugene for people living in their vehicles. Up to six vehicles are allowed per site, with access to restrooms and trash service. Some sites also offer Conestoga huts. Managed by St. Vincent de Paul.
