The county grant page still says “coming soon.” The procurement portal has moved on. Bid Locker now marks Lane County's 2026-27 Community and Economic Development grant as open, with applications due by email at 5 p.m. Sept. 25.
The round has $200,000 available, with individual awards from $5,000 to $30,000. Eligible applicants are qualified 501(c)(3) nonprofits and cities serving Lane County. Projects can support business growth, Main Streets, start-ups, emerging entrepreneurs and workforce development.
An informational webinar is scheduled for noon Aug. 26, and the live solicitation includes English and Spanish application documents. The stale heading on the county program page is confusing, but the dated procurement record is the operative receipt: published Aug. 18, status open, deadline visible.
