Cottage Grove opens October with The Addams Family
Cottage Theatre's new musical runs four weekends, with Friday and Saturday curtains at 7:30 p.m. and Sunday matinees at 2:30.
Cottage Theatre opens its October run of The Addams Family Friday night. The musical sends Wednesday Addams' very normal boyfriend and his family into dinner with the Addams clan, which is a structurally sound way to ruin an evening and start a show.
Marc Siegel directs and choreographs the production, with Charlotte Merz as Wednesday, Max Arnold as Gomez and Laurel Merz as Morticia. The show runs through October 25: Thursday, Friday and Saturday performances begin at 7:30 p.m., and Sunday matinees begin at 2:30. The theatre lists adult tickets at $32 and student tickets at $20. Running time is about two and a half hours, including intermission.
