128 apartments planned at Marcola Road and 22nd Street
Groundbreaking starts a Springfield project with six residential buildings.
A 128-apartment project has broken ground at 22nd Street and Marcola Road in Springfield. Paradigm Properties president Dan Neal described six three-story buildings with one- and two-bedroom homes to Lookout Eugene-Springfield.
Plans include solar-topped carports and a pedestrian crossing with a flashing light. The report gives late February 2028 as the scheduled finish. These are future market-rate homes, not apartments offered for immediate move-in.
