Delgani pairs strings with music from Mexico on Monday
The quartet’s 7 p.m. Eugene concert also has a virtual option.
Music from Veracruz and works by Mexican concert composers share Delgani’s program Monday, October 26. The quartet joins multi-instrumentalists Mónica María and Hans Barklis for music including compositions by Laura Rebolloso, whose work draws on Son Jarocho.
The program also includes Silvestre Revueltas, Arturo Márquez and Gabriela Ortiz. Delgani lists the Eugene performance at 7 p.m., with a virtual presentation as well. Its linked ticket form identifies the Eugene venue as First Church of Christ, Scientist.
