Sushi planned for Santa Clara’s former Shari’s
Sumo Sushi & Grill is targeting November 3.
The former Shari’s at 35 Division Avenue is headed for an all-you-can-eat sushi menu. A Sumo Sushi & Grill spokesperson told Lookout Eugene-Springfield that the restaurant plans to open Tuesday, November 3.
The chain’s menu extends beyond rolls and sashimi to ramen and hot dishes. This is an announced opening plan, not confirmation that the doors are already open.
