Data Deletion Instructions

LaneHelp users can delete their account profile and account-linked data from the signed-in account page or request help by email.

Signed-in users

  1. Sign in to LaneHelp.
  2. Open Account privacy.
  3. Select Delete account and type DELETE to confirm.

Email request

Send a deletion request to admin@lanehelp.com from the email address connected to your LaneHelp account when possible.

What happens next

In-app deletion signs you out after the account is deleted. Some records may be retained when needed for security, abuse prevention, moderation, public-service integrity, backups, dispute resolution, or legal compliance, as described in the Privacy Policy.
