Reach is the field-work side of LaneHelp. It helps staff, volunteers, and partner organizations build privacy-safe handoffs, shared QuickSheets, QR field cards, shelter status views, and operational notes without turning LaneHelp into client tracking.

Main Reach tools

Create QuickSheet

Build a printable handoff from live LaneHelp data, then save, preview, print, or share it when appropriate.

Shared library

Browse public shared QuickSheets, adapt useful sheets, and keep private org sheets separate from public handoffs.

Field cards

QR and short-link cards can point someone to a published public sheet or fall back to safe LaneHelp routes.

Lanes and shifts

Track aggregate operational signals, shift context, and support needs without names, diagnoses, case notes, or exact client locations.

Shelter status

Approved shelter operators can view or update public-facing shelter status details through the Reach shelter tools.

Org tools

Organization workspace pages cover profile, team, mailbox, notes, map, stats, and onboarding context for partner use.

Guardrails

  • Do not put client names, diagnoses, legal details, private case notes, exact camp locations, or surveillance information into Reach tools.
  • Use Reach for service coordination, public handoffs, aggregate needs, and operational status only.
  • Shared QuickSheets are for public-safe information. Internal org sheets should stay separate.
  • Field-card and short-link routes include `/go/[code]`, `/q/[token]`, `/reach/quicksheet/[token]`, and `/sms/r/[code]`.
