What it does
A shelf of printable sheets. Some rebuild from the LaneHelp directory every time you open them. Others are kept by LaneHelp staff and stamped with the date they were checked.
Good for
For restocking a front desk, an outreach bag, a library display, or a fridge door.
You’ll need
Nothing. No account. A printer helps, but every sheet also saves as a PDF.

Two kinds of sheets#

  • Live sheets rebuild from the LaneHelp directory each time you open one, and show up to six current listings for the topic. Topics include Start Here / First Steps, Shelter / Where to Sleep Tonight, Food this week (every free meal and pantry, day by day), Hygiene / Showers / Laundry, ID / Documents / Benefits Help, Housing Help, Recovery / Detox / MAT, Mental Health / Crisis, Medical / Dental, and Transportation.
  • Curated sheets are kept by LaneHelp staff, checked against the directory, and stamped with a date. They include the Lane County Food Finder, meal sites and food pantries in Eugene and Springfield, hygiene access, the Clothing Closet List, Front Door Assessment Locations, and the Sanitation Justice restroom sheet.
  1. Pick a sheet

Each tile shows how many listings it covers and when it was last checked. Tap Open sheet.

  2. Read it first

Make sure the options make sense for where the person is. A Florence address is a long walk from Cottage Grove.

  3. Print or save

Tap Print Page. Your print dialog can also save a PDF.

  4. Or grab the ready-made PDF

Open PDF gets a file LaneHelp prepared ahead of time. For a live sheet, printing the page gets you the freshest version.

Questions people ask

Do I need to sign in?
No. Every handout is open to anyone.
How current is a printed sheet?
As current as the day you printed it. Live sheets rebuild every time you open them online, and curated sheets show the date they were checked. Call ahead when you can.
Is the PDF the same as the page?
Not always. The PDF is prepared ahead of time, while a live sheet rebuilds from the directory each time. Print from the page when you want the latest.
What if a listing on a sheet is wrong?
Report it from the listing itself. Live sheets pick up the fix once the listing changes.
