Stats
Stats is LaneHelp’s public scoreboard: what the directory lists, how people found the site, what they opened, and what the numbers can’t tell you. Totals only, nothing that identifies a person.

- What it does
- Public totals about LaneHelp itself: listings, visits, searches, actions people took, and how listings are checked.
- Good for
- You’re curious how LaneHelp gets used, or you need a number for a report.
- You’ll need
- Nothing. No account.
Pick a time window#
Choose 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or All time. For exact dates, open Choose dates or search details and set a start and end date. Dates use Lane County time, and both ends count. The same panel can narrow the search numbers by Search category or Where the search happened. Those two filters change the search numbers only.
What’s on the page#
- How people found us: visits grouped by where they came from, like search engines. Browsers sometimes hide this, so treat it as a sketch, not a census.
- What LaneHelp lists: active listings by type of service and by community. One listing can count in more than one category.
- Housing & shelter: housing leads, which are not the same as open units.
- Website use and Actions people took: page opens, plus calls, directions, shares, and prints started from LaneHelp.
- Information checks: how the directory is reviewed every day for broken links, outdated details, and duplicates.
- Data sources: where each number comes from, including sources that aren’t connected yet.
Visits are meant to count people, roughly. LaneHelp staff, development machines, and traffic that looks automated are left out.
Take the numbers with you#
