Apply for an EWEB ductless heat pump rebate or loan

EWEB electric customers can apply for a ductless heat pump rebate or zero-percent loan. Get EWEB pre-approval before scheduling installation.

Steps

5 steps
  1. Get EWEB pre-approval firstApply and receive pre-approval before you schedule the installation.
  2. Apply onlineEWEB sends a confirmation email. For a loan, check Yes on the application and answer the loan questions.
  3. Or ask for a paper applicationCall the Customer Solutions Team at 541-685-7088 or email ems.answers@eweb.org.
  4. Choose a contractorYou can use a contractor not on EWEB's list. EWEB recommends, but does not require, multiple bids.
  5. Make sure installation documents arriveEWEB mails rebate payments about 4 to 6 weeks after it approves the installation.
